General Lost Parcels, Mail, Consignments, Packages Claim Procedure
This information is for incoming international from foreign countries into Pakistan. In the event of parcels, mails, packages not arriving in Pakistan exceeding the maximum expected arrival time. You may do the general steps below.
1. Track your parcel, mails, package from the online tracking facility in PakPost online. If the information is not available contact the post office and present your tracking number to the officer to check on their database.
2. Track the tracking status on the sender's post office website. Contact the sender's to check with the post office.
3. If the sender post office confirmed the parcels, mails, package is lost - then request the sender to claim compensation from his/her post office
Note: Post office policy usually does not provide full refund of the item price amount or the total shipment cost. It depends on their policy and sometimes no refund at all.
Pakistan zip codes / postal codes can be found in GeoPostCodes database or a more accurate reference from the Pakistan Post office online itself where you can download or search the post codes.
